ADAM ROSE

EXECUTIVE CHEF

 Adam Rose, hailing from Long Island, N.Y. started out as a restaurant manager in Brooklyn, N.Y. There, he had a variety of jobs in the culinary industry before working at Jack the Horse Tavern in Brooklyn, N.Y. After he moved to North Carolina, Rose was the lead chef at Elaine’s on Franklin in Chapel Hill, N.C. before becoming the Executive Chef at Il Palio from 2007 to 2013. Feeling the need to venture out on his own, Rose left Il Palio to become the executive chef and partner of the former and award-winning Black House restaurant in Durham, N.C. He was there from 2013 to 2015. 

Anthony Carey, general manager of the Siena Hotel is excited to have Rose back in the kitchen. He states, "Having Chef Adam walk back through the kitchen doors of Il Palio Restaurant was like a dream sequence from a movie. The staff was really happy to see him and to know he is returning as our chef. Several associates worked with Chef Adam prior to his departure and were so excited to share with him all the great renovations that have taken place during his time away. It really was like a homecoming of sorts."
